Speedy setups for simple projects. With a Modular Plate setups are a breeze, just use some .500 dowel pins to locate your project, clamp it down and start cutting. No need to make fixture plates, or time consuming (and expensive) dedicated fixturing.

Want to machine something that is bigger than the 9"x18" work envelope? This is where your Tosa Tool Modular plate really excels! Simply make your self a plate that fits your workpiece and the modular table and move it around the Tormach's work envelope! Standard 34"x16"x.75" Tormach Compatible PCNC 1100 Modular Tooling Plate

This tooling plate is made from Blanchard ground 4140 prehardened steel plate .750"+/-.001" on thickness. All machining is done on a Super Max VMC using the ultra accurate G60 positive approach command. The size of this tooling plate more than triples the accurate workspace on your PCNC 1100.

• 2 custom made hardened tool steel pins to locate your vise on your modular table. (more available upon request)
• 351 precision bored .5005" diameter holes accurate to within +/-.0002" on location, spaced 1.250" apart for versatility and easy fixture design.
• 312 1/2-13 threaded and counter bored holes, accurate in size and location for clamping and/or locating.

Standard 12"x24"x1.00" Tormach Compatible PCNC 770 and 1100 Modular Tooling Plate

This tooling plate is made from Mic 6 Aluminum cast tooling and jig plate, machined to 1.000"+/-.003" on thickness. All machining is done on a Super Max VMC using the ultra accurate G60 positive approach command. The size of this tooling plate more than 1.7 times the accurate workspace on your PCNC 1100 and 2.7 times that of the PCNC 770
